What we collect

From the diagnosis form: the business name, the town, the email, the site or Google listing address if you give one, the type of business, and the phone number if you want to give it. We also store when you accepted this policy, which market and which page you came from, and your browser language. And, for a few hours only, the IP address of the request, purely to stop anyone firing a thousand checks in a row.

Why

To run the check you asked for and email you the report, and to talk to you about that report. That is the legal basis: the consent you gave in the form checkbox, which you can withdraw whenever you like.

Who we share it with

Only whoever is needed to deliver the service, and only the minimum:

• Brevo: sends the report email. Receives your email address.
• OpenAI, Perplexity and Google: answer the check question. They receive the TYPE of business and the town. Never your name, your email or your business name.
• Google Places: confirms the listing. Receives the business name and the town.
• hCaptcha: tells people from bots on the form.

How long we keep it

Reports and contacts stay while they are useful to the commercial relationship. If you ask us to delete them, we delete them. We have no automatic retention period today, and we say so rather than inventing a number we do not honour.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, object to the processing or take it with you. Just write to the address below. If you think we handled your data badly, you can complain to the CNPD in Portugal.

Cookies

We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The language you choose is stored in your browser, and that is all.
